As we age, fine lines and wrinkles start to appear, and we start to wonder if there’s a way to avoid these. Luckily, I came across these tips from Body Hub on YouTube. Expensive face creams or doctor’s appointments should not be our first choice because we could actually get rid of these fine lines in the comforts of our home. Watch this video to learn the following. Thanks to Body Hub for these fantastic tips.

#1 Drink Tons of Water

Water is the most natural and most accessible way to say goodbye to your fine lines. It is recommended to drink at least eight glasses of water every day to keep skin moist and youthful.

#2 Use Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a natural moisturizer, so when applied to the skin, it makes it smooth and fills in the gaps in your epidermis. Aside from this, it also helps retain moisture, making your face look plumper.

#3 Limit Sun Exposure

High exposure to the sun makes our skin dry because of the ultraviolet light that comes from it. UV light destroys the supportive layer in the skin, causing it to lose its flexibility and strength.

#4 Give Your Face A Massage

Massage your face with your favorite mild lotion or cream. Focus on the eyes, forehead, and neck as these areas tend to be the most problematic. Remember that facial massage can improve blood flow to the skin.

#5 Eat Foods High in Vitamin C

Make sure to include foods high in Vitamin C in your diet as it builds collagen which makes skin look firmer and less saggy. Vitamin C also helps protect skin from UV damage that leads to fine lines.
