#4 Herbs

You can freeze your herbs by placing them in ice trays and adding olive oil. They will keep perfectly and will be ready to use whenever you need them.

#5 Lettuce

Store them in a glass/plastic container or ziplock bag by covering them with paper towels. The paper will dry out the moisture and keep them fresh longer.
