Cleaning showers could be a little tiring, but with proper chemicals and cleaning materials, it could become one of the most easy-to-clean spots in your bathroom. Clean That Up on Youtube shares five tips on how to clean your showers like a pro. From using proper scrubs to wiping clean your entire shower, these tips could become handy. Watch the video below to learn the following.

#1 Choose The Right Cleaner

It’s important to know what chemicals work for you. Choose a cleaner that is mild enough not to cause damage to your shower surface but strong enough to cut through any hard water buildup you have. You can also DIY your cleaner. Just mix 1 cup of white vinegar, 1 cup of water, and 1 tsp of dawn dish soap in an empty spray bottle.

#2 Choose The Right Scrubber

Pick something that will not scratch the surface. A good scrub daddy is enough as it’s non-scratch but strong enough to break through that hard water and soap scum. You can also try a drill brush if want to speed up your cleaning process.

#3 Razor Blade Scraper

If you have a hard buildup in your shower, all you have to do is to wet the surface and go at the right angle with your razor to remove it.

#4 Trust The Process

Apply your cleaner to the base of your tub, then take your soft-bristled brush, and scrub that in really well. Let it sit for a bit, then rinse it away.

#5 Rinse and Wipe Down

Rinse and wipe down the entire shower, top to bottom, with a microfiber towel.
