In a bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, and salt to taste. Mix well until you get a shaggy dough. Next, transfer your dough to a floured surface and knead until you get a smooth texture. Divide your dough into two and set aside the other half. Roll the dough into a ball, dust it with flour, and roll it out into a circle. After this, set your stove on medium heat and grease the pan with olive oil. When the oil is hot enough, lay the dough gently. Leave it to brown for three to five minutes.

While waiting, make the sauce. In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 tsp dried basil, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Back to the pan, when bubbles start to form and the edges are browned, it’s time to flip. Set the heat to low, then start assembling the pizza. Spread the tomato sauce mixture on top followed by a thin layer of grated mozzarella cheese, then the pre-baked pepperoni. Cover the pan with a lid and wait for four to five minutes or until the cheese has completely melted.
