Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup milk, at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil, or melted butter
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Nutella

Directions:

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix well. Next, add 1/3 cup milk at room temperature, 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter), and a few drops of vanilla extract. Whisk gently to combine, avoid overmixing.

Step 2

Now, grease a microwave-safe container (or baking dish) with butter or cooking spray, then pour the batter. Bake it in the oven at 350 degrees F for eight to twelve minutes, or microwave it for about a minute and fifteen seconds. (If the batter is still raw, microwave for an additional ten seconds.) Once done, spread 2 tbsp Nutella over the top. Serve and enjoy!
