In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of blanched almond flour, 6 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix well, then add 4 tbsp water. Continue to mix until dough forms. Once done, shape some cookie dough into a small ball, then place it in a parchment paper-lined baking tray. Flatten it out a bit, then make a small well in the center by pushing with your thumb. Repeat these steps and continue to make cookies until you finished the dough.
