Pot Roast:
Bechamel Sauce:
Place the pot roast into your crockpot along with 1 envelope Au Jus gravy mix, 1 envelope Ranch mix, 2 tbsp dehydrated minced onion, and 8 pepperoncini. Cover with a lid and cook for 4 to 5 hours on high setting. In a saucepan, add 4 tbsp unsalted butter. Once melted, add 7 tbsp all-purpose flour, mix, and let it cook for about a minute. After this, stir in 1 1/2 cups whole milk and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Slit the French bread right in half and add some of the bechamel sauce right on top. Spread evenly and nicely, then sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese. After this, add some shredded pot roast and more of the bechamel sauce. Top it off with more mozzarella cheese, then place it in a baking tray. Repeat the steps with other slices of French bread. Put them in the oven at 375 degrees F oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
