In a food processor, add 8.8 oz of plain sweet cookies and crush until you get fine crumbs.
Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and melted butter to the fine crumbs. Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Transfer the wet cookie mixture to a large pie plate and spread it on the bottom and sides. Place in the fridge and chill for 30 minutes.
In a stand mixer bowl, add the good quality peanut butter and crunchy peanut butter. Beat it together until nice and smooth.
Pour the ice cream mixture into the pie plate and spread evenly.
Place in the freezer for about 3 hours or until nice and firm. Slice and serve on a plate! Enjoy it with your friends and family.
