Tuck your shirt into your pants the usual way.
This is the military tuck. Start with your trousers unbuttoned. Take the excess fabric at your sides, and pinch it between your thumb and index finger. Use your thumb to fold the excess fabric behind itself. Continue to adjust, pushing more fabric into the fold until you are satisfied. Button your trousers and make final adjustments. This is a great tucking method if you have a lot of excess fabric around the middle.
Take your undershirt and tuck it into your underwear. Next, tuck your dress shirt under your underwear and into your trousers. This method helps the undershirt from pulling at your dress shirt and untucking it.
