Instructions:

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 177 degrees C.

Step 2:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with cooking spray so the cookies won’t stick.

Step 3:

Cut the 2 large bananas into pieces and place them in a bowl. Mash them all using the back of your fork until all are broken down.

Step 4:

Add 1/2 cup of all-natural creamy peanut butter to the bananas. Mix until well combined using a fork.

Step 5:

Combine 2 cups of rolled oats into the mixture. Stir until all of the oats are coated with peanut butter and banana. Next, add 1/3 cup of chocolate chips. Mix them together.

Step 6:

Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and shape it a bit using your hands. These cookies will not spread in the oven. Place in the baking tray and press gently to flatten. Repeat until you have 12 cookies. Give enough space for each cookie.

Step 7:

Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Continue baking the remaining cookies.

Note: If you want to eat them on another day, let them cool completely first, transfer to an air-tight container, and place them in the fridge.
