Chop the 20 pieces of Oreos into small pieces. Put the 2 cups in a medium-sized bowl and 3/4 in a separate small-sized bowl for sprinkling on top.
Line a whole 9 x 9 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a pan, put one and a half of the package of white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Place the pan over heat and continuously stir until it’s melted, well incorporated and smooth for about 5 minutes. Once done, remove from heat.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the chocolate mixture and two cups of crushed Oreos. Fold it in until well mixed with the mixture.
Transfer the oreo chocolate mixture to the pan lined with parchment paper. Flatten the top using a spatula, then sprinkle the left over crushed Oreos on top. Gently pat them to the mixture.
Place the oreo fudge inside the refrigerator for about an hour and a half. You can also leave the mixture at room temperature until it firms, but it will take a longer time.
Remove the Oreo fudge from the baking tray by lifting the parchment paper up. Cut them into squares with a knife, then serve. Enjoy it with your family or friends!
