This 4-ingredient no-bake lime cracker pie will instantly be your go-to dessert recipe. Making this delicious dessert is incredibly easy and will only take about 10 minutes to prepare. You can make two versions of this recipe – choose between the Ritz crackers and Ducales crackers (Colombian version). They are both delicious and are worth trying! It is the perfect treat this season with its creamy and citrusy flavors.

According to emmymade on YouTube, the Ritz version is firmer and buttery, while the Ducales version has a melt-in-your-mouth texture and is rich in taste. If you want a crunchy treat, go for the first one. Otherwise, choose the latter. Both of these versions only require four ingredients – crackers, condensed milk, lime juice, and heavy cream. Combining milk and lime is just heavenly, as it makes the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. It is great for potlucks, gatherings, or when you have an unexpected guest coming in a few hours.
In a large bowl, add 2 cups of heavy cream and 2 cans of condensed milk. Whisk until well combined.
Pour 1/2 cup of lime juice and mix for a minute. It will have a pudding mixture.
Line your dish with parchment paper, covering all sides. Add 1/2 cup of the mixture and spread it evenly. Next, line a layer of crackers, covering the whole bottom. Break the pieces if needed. Repeat the two layers until you fill the whole dish, ending with a thick layer of custard on top.
Thoroughly wash the skin of a lime, dry it, then zest it. Make sure you only get the green part. Sprinkle on top of the pie. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to allow the crackers to absorb the custard.
Slice and garnish with lime slices on top if preferred. Enjoy!
