If you are looking for a budget-friendly and easy dessert recipe for your guests, go for this 4-ingredient no-bake chocolate ganache tart by Sweets Day on Youtube. It’s a mouthwatering treat that everyone will surely crave. What I love about this recipe is that it has the right amount of sweetness, and the crust is buttery. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.
Ingredients:
- 3.5 oz of digestive biscuits
- 3 1/4 tablespoons of unsalted butter (melted)
- 7 oz of dark couverture chocolate (use the 61% as it has the perfect sweetness – no need for sugar)
- 6 and 1/4 tablespoons of milk (warm)
- sugar icing for topping (optional)
Note: 54.5% dark couverture chocolate should be okay, but 70% above may be bitter, so it may require sugar

Instructions:
Step 1:
Place the digestive biscuits into a bowl, then break them into small pieces. Once done, crush them into crumbs. You can also use a food processor to make it faster and easier.
Step 2:
Add 3 1/4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter into the crumbs.

Step 3:
Line a mold with parchment paper on all sides. Transfer the crumbs onto the bottom of the mold, then press it to flatten using a silicone spatula. Once done, set it aside.
Step 4:
Boil some water in a pot. Once boiling turn off the heat and place a bowl of chocolates on top. Mix until all chocolates are melted. Add 6 and 1/4 tablespoons of warm milk while continuously mixing. Stir until well combined and smooth.
Step 5:
Get your crust and pour the chocolate mixture on top. Spread the chocolate evenly and shake the mold to fill all voids. Cover it with a cling wrap and place it inside the fridge overnight.
Step 6:
Remove from the mold and take off the parchment paper. Sprinkle some sugar icing on top if preferred. Slice and enjoy!
