I’m a big fan of cookies, and I think they are the most delicious treat in the world. So when I came across these chocolate chip cookie bars from Anne’s Family Recipe on Youtube, I was ecstatic! I shared the recipe with my sister, and we made it the following day. She thought this would only taste as a regular yellow cake mix treat, but boy, she was so wrong, as it tasted incredible. What’s more, you will only need four ingredients for this recipe. It’s quick, easy, and delicious – just how you like your treats. I’ve been snacking on these for the past few days and still can’t get enough. My whole family also loves them and it’s a crowd favorite! Try this today and see for yourself. Watch the video below to learn the full recipe and the step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Step 1

Melt one stick of unsalted butter, allow it to cool slightly, then transfer it to a big bowl. Next, add two beaten eggs to the butter and mix them together. After this, add one box of yellow cake mix and whisk them well until thoroughly combined. Finally, add one bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips and fold them in together.

Step 2

Now, grease your 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray, then pour the cookie batter. Spread them evenly throughout the baking dish. After this, place the baking dish in a 350 degrees F oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and just cooked through. After baking, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool a bit before serving.
