In a bowl, crack some 4 eggs. Next, peel the four bananas and cut them into small slices. Then put the bananas, eggs, and milk in the food processor or blender. Blend all the ingredients well.
In a saucepan, add 8 tablespoons of sugar. Then melt over low heat. Wait until the sugar is caramelized. Once done, pour on the bottom of a pot. Spread the sugar evenly by turning around the pot. Then pour the banana mixture on top of the caramelized sugar.
Get a bigger pot and fill it with some water. Let the water boil. Once the water is hot, put the pot with the mixture on top. Cover it with the lid and cook for 40-50 minutes. After it’s cooked, let it cool completely and remove it from the pot using a plate. Slice then serve. Enjoy!
