Insert some dental floss in the stuck ring, and roll it tightly around a few times until you see a compression. Then, start to unwrap on the other half of the dental floss, while the ring moves outward.
First, Rest your hands, place the Ice on your ring finger for a few minutes, then wrap a band-aid around to create a Compression. Once done, Elevate your hands where the ring is, then remove it.
