If you want something tropical, choose the tender coconut sunshine as it contains coconut juice and flesh. For a refreshing and light drink, go for the cucumber kiwi cooler. And if you want something on the sweeter side, try roohafza mojito. All of these drinks are very easy to make and alcohol-free (non-alcoholic drinks). So, if you have friends or guests who don’t like to drink alcohol, these are the perfect options.
Fill a goblet with ice. Add a little bit of rose syrup, sugar syrup, and lemon juice. Fill it halfway through with mango juice, then the rest with coconut water with coconut malai. Top it with mint leaves and it’s ready to serve.
Cut the top and end of the kiwi. Take a teaspoon insert it just under the skin of the kiwi and turn it around to scoop it out. Slice one round for garnish, then the remaining into cubes. Cut some of the cucumber lengthwise into thin slices, and peel the remaining into cubes. Cut the orange into rounds. In a mixing jar, add the diced kiwi and cucumber, freshly squeezed lemon, a few cubes of ice, a few sprigs of mint, a little bit of sugar syrup, and water. Blend the mixture. Fill the goblet with ice, then place a thinly sliced cucumber, allowing it to take the shape of the glass. Slide in a slice of kiwi and a slice of orange, then fill it with the mocktail.
Get a thinly sliced cucumber, rub in some salt, and keep it aside for 2 minutes. Roll a few mint leaves into the cucumber slice then use a toothpick to keep it in place. Garnish on top of your drink.
In a blender, add ice cubes, lemon juice, lemon chunks, mint leaves, sugar syrup, pink salt, cold water, and roohafza. Blend well. Fill a goblet with ice, then pour the mixture. Top with mint leaves.
