Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add 1 cup of softened butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Whisk with a handheld mixer until light and creamy. Once the consistency is creamy, add 2 cups flour to the mixture and continue whisking until the texture becomes crumbly. After this, knead it with your hands until dough forms. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Next, flour your working surface and transfer the dough after you chilled it. Roll it out to 1/4″ thickness. Then, get a 2.5″ cookie cutter and cut the dough into rounds. (You can also cut it into other shapes.) Transfer them to a baking tray and bake for 16 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees F.
