Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of sea salt (optional)

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, in a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of sweetened applesauce, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon (you can add a pinch of sea salt, optional). Mix these ingredients all together.

Next, put about two tablespoons worth of each cookie onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet, then flatten them out a bit.
