Who knew you could make a cake with just 3 ingredients? This no-bake Oreo cake by Spice Bites is soft, moist, and scrumptious! What I love most about this recipe is that it doesn’t require an oven. You can easily cook it on your stovetop. How amazing is that? Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.

Separate the cookies from the filling into two bowls. Set aside the filling.
Add 3/4 of the milk to the cookies and let it soak. Once soft, crush and mix it with a whisk until it becomes smooth and free of lumps. Add the remaining milk and whisk until well combined.
Add 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and mix well.
Grease your pan with oil, then place a parchment paper. Pour half of the chocolate batter and cover it with a lid. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes over medium to low heat.
Check if it’s cooked through by inserting a stick into the center of the cake. If it comes out clean your cake is ready. Let it cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, remove it and take off the parchment paper.
Cook the other half with the same steps.
Place one of the cakes onto your work surface. Take the Oreo cream, and add the melted chocolate if preferred (this is optional). Mix until well combined. Spread evenly onto the cake, then place the second layer of cake.
Cut the edges to make a square. Spread the remaining melted chocolate on top. Cut into slices. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top if preferred.
