In just 5 seconds of the video starting from Emma’s Goodie tutorial, my mouth starts to salivate. These mini churros look so delicious! I love churros, and they’re one of my favorite desserts especially when I go out to eat at Mexican restaurants. One of my friends made some for me, but the original size. I never tried making them myself but these take about 5 minutes to make. How can I not attempt to make these mini churros if they’re just made with 3 ingredients? Everything seems to look cuter when they’re mini. Emma was the first person I watched when it came to creating miniature-sized foods such as the mini chocolate chip cookie cereal. Ever since then, I’ve been amazed by her recipes that require minimal ingredients. If you are a beginner at baking, I advise you to try and follow Emma’s Goodie tutorials because they’re so simple.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup and 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large room temp eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (Optional but recommended)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (Optional but recommended)

Directions:

First, you want to make your churro batter by boiling the milk on medium heat. Once the milk comes to a boil, add in the all-purpose flour and keep stirring.

After you finished with your dough, transfer it to a piping bag with the smallest star tip to get the classic churro shape. For an alternative, you can use a Ziploc bag or a teaspoon. They won’t be the same shape, but it will still taste delicious!

Don’t forget to coat them with sugar and cinnamon. I think that’s a staple for churros, and they amazing served hot with chocolate sauce drizzled on top. I can’t wait to share this cute recipe with my friend who made me churros, so we can both make and devour these mini ones.
