For the crust:
For the cheesecake:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, put 1 cup of crushed graham crackers and 1/4 cup of condensed milk. Mix them well until the texture becomes crumbly.
Get a round baking dish or pan, then put the graham crackers mixture inside. Press them on the bottom of the pan using a flat cup or anything you can use to level the crushed graham crackers. Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl, put the cream cheese. Mash it using a spatula or spoon. Once mashed, whisk it using a hand mixer or stand mixer until thick and fluffy. Next, pour 1/2 cup of condensed milk into the bowl and whisk again until smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
Remove the crust from the oven and set it aside. Allow it to completely cool. Once cool, add the cream cheese mixture on top. Level the top with a spatula. Place it in the oven and bake at 300 degrees F for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once done baking, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool and chill for at least 6 hours.
Once cooled, remove from the round baking dish or pan. Slice, then serve on a plate. Enjoy!
