Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup of cold whipped cream
  • 1/3 cup of condensed milk
  • banana essence (optional)
  • yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions:

Step 1

Peel your banana, slice it into pieces, then put them in a food processor. Puree them until smooth, then set aside. Next, to a bowl, add 1 cup of cold whipped cream, beat it with a handheld mixer for one minute, then add 1/3 cup of condensed milk. Continue beating for another two minutes.

Step 2

After this, add the banana puree and some banana essence (optional). Beat for one last time until everything is combined. (You can add some yellow food coloring at this point, but this is optional.) Now, transfer the ice cream mixture to a container, cover it with a cling wrap, and put it in the freezer for eight hours or overnight.
