To start, cut the potatoes into small pieces. Put it into a pot then add water. Boil it for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes become tender. Next, after the potatoes are boiled, transfer them into a medium bowl. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 28 g of unsalted butter. Mash it well using a handheld potato masher. After this, get another bowl and a sieve. Strain the potatoes through a sieve to make them softer. (You should end up with a creamy texture.)
