Ingredients:

  • 14 oz good quality semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 pc. 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 7 oz cookies (of your choice)
  • cocoa powder for coating (optional)

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add 14 oz of semi-sweet chocolate (broken into pieces) and microwave it on medium power, stirring every 4 seconds until completely melted. Next, add 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk. Mix well. After this, add cookies (broken down to pieces) of your choice into the mixture. Mix well.

Step 2

Next, transfer the mixture to an 8-inch square pan lined with parchment paper. Spread the mixture nicely and evenly. Cover and let it sit at room temperature until firm (about 1 – 2 hours.) After 2 hours, remove it from the parchment paper, transfer it to a plate, and cut it into bite-size pieces. You can coat each fudge with cocoa powder but this is totally optional. After this, your cookie fudge bars are now ready.
