Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add 1 cup of sugar to a pan over medium heat. Continuously mix until melted and browned or until it becomes syrup.

Add the whipping cream to the sugar and mix until well combined over medium heat.
Get a small bowl filled with water. Pour a little bit of the mixture into the water to test if it’s ready. If it can be shaped and the consistency is chewy, add the butter. Stir for 2 minutes on low heat.
Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into the prepared sheet. Spread it evenly, especially on the corners. Set it aside and let it cool.
Once the candy is cooled, place it in the fridge for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove from the fridge and take the parchment paper off. Slice the candy into small cubes. Wrap each candy in baking paper.
Get some of the candies and place them on a pan over heat. Add a little water and mix until melted. Put some ice on a glass, and add some milk. Pour the melted caramel and mix well. Enjoy!
