Now that I’m into a healthier lifestyle, I also look at what I snack on. These days, I’m super in love with these cookies I’ve found on Youtube. It’s super easy to make, only needs three ingredients, and is a healthy option. All thanks to Downshiftology for sharing this recipe! Check out how to make these cookies in the video below.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 & 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, peel your bananas, break them off into chunks, and place them in a large bowl. Use the back of a fork to mash them until they are soft (almost like a baby puree). Add 1 & 1/2 cups of quick-cooking oats and stir until the texture becomes thick and sticky. After this, stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

Step 2

To scoop the cookie mixture, use a 1/2 tbsp cookie scoop. Scoop up a portion and add it to the baking sheet. Keep dolloping the cookie mixture onto the baking sheet until you get about 15 cookies. After this, flatten each with your fingers into flat round cookies. Bake the cookies for 13 to 15 minutes or until they’re lightly golden on the edges.
