  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch

Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees F. Next, in a large bowl, add 2 cups of Greek yogurt and 4 eggs. (Whisk the mixture while adding an egg at a time.) Make sure to whisk the mixture well to fully incorporate the eggs and until it’s smooth. After this, sift 4 tbsp of cornstarch into the mixture. Mix together until there are no lumps.

Pour the batter into a 6″ baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place the baking pan in the air fryer basket, then bake it for 25 to 30 minutes at 320 degrees F.
