3 Fall Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

Catherine’s Plates tutorial on YouTube shows how to make 3 Fall cake mix cookies using boxed cake mixes and fall flavors. The three different Fall cake mix cookies would be butter pecan, pineapple, and Butterscotch spice. These cookies would be a nice addition to the Christmas cookies platter, and I think it’s interesting because you can use any boxed cake batter mix. Fall is still here so baking these cookies can still roll over to the winter weather too. I know the pineapple upside-down cookie will be a hit because I love having it in cake form. Overall, they all sound amazing and interesting to make in a cookie form. Just use all of the ingredients needed for the cake box, and add the additional toppings to make it even better.

Ingredients:

Recipe 1: (Butter Pecan)

• 1 (15.25 oz) box butter pecan cake mix
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1/2 cup butter melted
• 1/2 cup crushed pecans

Recipe 2: (Pineapple)

• 1 ( 15.25 oz) box pineapple supreme or yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 jar maraschino cherries

Recipe 3: (Butterscotch Spice)

• 1 (15.25 oz) box Spice Cake Mix
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 12 oz butterscotch chips
• 1/2 cup butter melted

Directions:

First, recipe 1 is butter pecan cookie, and all of these recipes can be made using one bowl. The main recipe requires the cake mix, butter, and eggs.

Next, scoop out the boxed cake batter onto a baking sheet and bake until it’s finished for about 10-12 minutes.

Overall, this is a great way if you do not know how to make cookies from scratch, or want to save time to make everything homemade.  Using boxed cake mixes is a shortcut to making perfect cookies every single time. I can’t wait to try to make these myself, because I love how moist premade mixes are and how easy it is to mix everything together.
