Take a large bowl and combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 cup of boiling water (you must use boiling water; not room temp nor warm). Use a spoon and mix it until it cools down a little bit. Once your dough starts to come together, transfer it to your working surface and knead it for three to five minutes. Once you have a nice and soft dough, shape it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap, then let it sit for ten to twenty minutes.
After the dough has rested, unwrap it, flour your working surface as well as the dough, and then divide it into small portions. Grab one portion and start to form it into a little ball. After this, roll out it out as thin as possible. Repeat these steps on the rest of the dough balls. Once done, let the tortillas rest one more time, then pull the edges out to make them even more thinner. Now, heat a skillet over medium heat, and cook the tortillas for two to three minutes on each side.
