Note: you may not need all of the cream
Add 2 cups of self-rising flour to a medium-sized bowl. Next, add whipping cream a little at a time until all flour is well incorporated with the dough using a spoon or spatula. You want your dough to have a thick consistency.
Sift flour into your counter surface to remove any lumps. Place the dough onto the floured surface, then sift more flour on top.

Using your hands, turn the biscuit dough seven to ten times, folding it over and over.
Grease your baking pan or sheet with cooking spray.
Flatten it to a height of a biscuit cutter about 3/4″ to 1″ high. Cut out biscuits and place them on the prepared pan. Pat the top with a little bit of whipping cream. You can also use a brush to spread it on top.
Place the baking tray inside the oven and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the biscuits by flipping each upside down to keep them from sweating on the bottom.
Place the biscuits on a plate. Slice them in half and spread butter or syrup while the bread is still hot. Serve and enjoy while warm.
