Who doesn’t like chocolate cake, especially when the recipe only needs two basin ingredients, like this cake recipe from Low Carb Love on Youtube? I swear, this is one of the best cakes I’ve tasted, not only because of its incredible texture; but because it’s actually gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-carb! My family loves this recipe, especially the picky eaters and health-conscious ones. I also shared it with my friends, as most of them are gym rats and would really appreciate this recipe. Watch the video below to learn the step by step instructions.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of Choczero milk chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F and grease a round cake pan and line it with parchment paper. Set it aside. Next, put your milk chocolate chips in a large bowl and place it in the microwave for fifteen to twenty minutes, allowing it to melt completely. After this, separate your egg yolks and whites. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then pour the egg yolks right into the melted chocolate. Mix it well using a hand mixer.

Step 2

Now, fold in the whipped egg whites into the melted chocolate mixture gently. After this, pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan and place it in the preheated oven. Bake the cake for twenty to thirty minutes. Once done baking, remove it from the pan, slice, then serve.
