You can indulge in these decadent treats without feeling guilty. They are chocolatey, fudgy, and just delicious. Easily grab these bites whenever you want something in a small portion but satisfying!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of Choczero milk chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions:

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 325F.

Step 2:

Get a microwave-safe bowl and add the chocolate chips. Place inside the microwave and melt in 20-second increments, mixing in between until fully melted.

Step 3:

Get two small bowls and separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites until soft peaks form using an electric hand mixer.

Step 4:

Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate and stir with a silicone spatula until well combined.

Step 5:

Add 1/3 of the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture and gently fold using a spatula. After that, add half of the remaining and fold again. Then repeat with the last whipped egg whites.

Step 6:

Grease your muffin pan with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the prepared pan using a spoon. You want to fill them with about 3/4 of each cup as they will rise a little.

Step 7:

Place the mini muffin pan inside the oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes. Start checking on them in about 10 minutes, as you don’t want them to cook too much or they will become dry. To check if it’s done, you can use a toothpick and insert it into the center of the brownie. If it comes out clean, it is ready.

Step 8:

Once done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a while. Take the brownies out from the muffin pan and serve. Enjoy!
