Put all the ingredients for the salad in the big bowl except the feta cheese. Crush the feta cheese into pieces using your hands and put it directly into the bowl.
In a medium bowl, add 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 garlic clove (grated), and 1 teaspoon of dried crushed oregano. Mix all ingredients well.
Pour the dressing into the chickpea salad. Mix all of the ingredients with the sauce. Once mixed, add salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. You don’t want to add too much salt as the feta cheese is already salty. Transfer to a serving platter then serve. Enjoy!
