I’m a huge fan of anything pineapple, so when I discovered this pineapple cream delight from Hafsa’s Kitchen on Youtube, I knew I had to try it. It’s so simple to make, only needs eight ingredients, and tastes so delicious! It was an instant hit with my family and they couldn’t get enough of it. Now, I serve this whenever I host a gathering or party because I know everyone will love it. So if you’re looking for a pineapple dessert that will please everyone, try this recipe out. Watch the video below to learn how to make this.
In your food processor, pulse your biscuits until finely crumbled. Once done, go ahead and add 1/4 cup melted butter and continue to pulse until combined. After this, set aside a small portion, then pour the half into your baking dish and pat them down into the bottom. Set aside the other half for later. Next, whip with a handheld mixer a cup of whipping cream until hard peaks form. To this, add 1/2 cup of fresh cream, a few drops of food color, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Continue to whip until well combined, then gently fold in 1 cup of pineapple chunks.

Now, pour half of the pineapple mixture over the prepared crust and spread it nicely and evenly. (You can put the mixture in a whipping bag so it’s easier to transfer the pineapple mixture.) After this, drizzle some pineapple jam over, then sprinkle the rest of the biscuit crumbs, then layer the remaining pineapple mixture. Spread it nicely and evenly, drizzle some pineapple jam, then top it with the remaining biscuit crumbs you set aside earlier.
