To make these mini chocolate chip cookies, you only need unsalted butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, an egg, vanilla, plain flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Most of these ingredients are probably already in your pantry, so you only need to buy one or two from the stores. Try these treats whenever you are craving sweets.

Preheat your oven to 374F or 33F (fan).
In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter, 3/4 cup of light brown sugar, and 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Whisk until fully combined.
Add one egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla and whisk well.
Add 1 1/2 cup of plain flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Toss in 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips and fold them in using a rubber spatula.
Get 1 tablespoon of the dough and form into a ball. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining cookie dough. Make sure to space them apart.
