Apples are already good on their own. They are sweetly tart with a crisp texture. But you can make them even better with this 10-minute air fryer apple fries recipe by Blue Jean Chef. Making this snack or dessert doesn’t require too much time in the kitchen and uses some ingredients that are already in your pantry. Read on to learn the instructions.
For the apples:
For the caramel sauce:
Wash the apples thoroughly. Remove the core of the apples using a core removal tool or you can just use a knife just be careful when using it. Once done, cut them into wedges and place them into a bowl.
Put the flour into the apples and toss until they are lightly coated. In a small bowl, crack 3 eggs and beat using a fork. Set it aside.

In another bowl or container, add the 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs and the sugar. Mix them well.
Dip the wedge first into the beaten egg then coat with the graham cracker crumbs and place in the casket tray of the air fryer. Repeat the process and line them up properly with spaces in between. Once you fill-up the basket, spray some pol on the apples.
Place in the air fryer at 380 degrees F for about 7 to 10 minutes.
While the apples are in the air fryer, make the sauce. In a bowl, put the cream cheese and whisk using a hand mixer. Once done, add the caramel. Fold them together until well combined. Transfer to a small bowl and drizzle with caramel sauce.
Take the apples out from the air fryer and place them on a plate. Serve with the dip. Enjoy!
