1 – Caserroles
Just like you would in any breakfast casserole, cube the bread and place it in your casserole dish. Top it with sausage, egg, and cheese.
2 – Calzones
These are great with larger-size biscuits. Flatten it out a little bit and fill it with whatever topping you like.
3 – Muffins
Roll your dough and fill the center with your favorite fillings. Seal up the dough around and place it seam side down into a muffin tin lined with muffin liners. Brush with egg wash on top and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
4 – Monkey bread
Use the smaller biscuits. Quarter them, separate and toss them into cinnamon sugar. Place them into a tube pan, pour over the brown sugar mixture, and bake.
5 – Pigs-in-a-blanket
Cut a large biscuit in half, roll it lengthwise, and wrap whatever sausage you want.
