Your family will surely love these, especially the kids as these taste not only good but also look pleasing to the eyes. And you don’t need a lot of ingredients for this recipe! Ingredients:

  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • frosting of your choice.

Directions:

Step 1

Combine 1/2 stick of melted butter, 5 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 cup milk. Give it a quick mix, then add 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt. Whisk until well combined. After this, pour half of the cake batter into mugs and place them in the microwave for one minute. Set aside. Back to the other half of the cake batter, add sifted 1 1/3 tsp cocoa powder and 3 tbsp milk. Mix well together, transfer them to the mugs, and microwave for one minute.

Step 2

Let the cake cool for about five to ten minutes, then break them apart. After this, add any frosting of your choice. (It could be buttercream, melted chocolate, etc.) Mix them well. Now, form the cake into balls with your palms, and place them in a parchment paper-lined baking tray. After this, stick each stick to the cake pops, then dip them into some melted chocolate or any glaze of your choice and add sprinkles (optional). Put them in the freezer for ten minutes to let them set.
