MAGA is a popular slogan for a political movement that was most recently popularized by Donald Trump. It’s an acronym of “Make America Great Again” and you can find it pretty much in every place that you can think of, from posters to stickers and even hats! Some citizens express their support by using or wearing items or clothes with their candidates’s names or photos printed or embroidered into the material.

In this video, Business Insider will take you on a tour inside the Cali-Frane headwear factory in Carson, California, where the exact MAGA hats are being produced. You will also get a glimpse of how they are created from scratch up to the packaging stage. This would be an interesting watch whether you love him or not because you get to see how a hat is basically produced and how dedicated the people are working behind it.
Step 1: The material for the hat is spread out on the workstation and any wrinkles are smoothed out of the fabric.
Step 2: The fabric is then cut to the right size before it gets transferred to another station to be embroidered.
Step 3: Once the embroidery is done, the material then goes to the sewing station to create the bill and crown separately.
Step 4: Next, a sweatband is attached to connect the pieces together, then a plastic strap is added, and then it’s ready for steaming.
Step 5: The hat will be steamed and pressed, for the final touch, a cord is glued down, and then it now proceeds to the next station to be packed.
Step 6: This is the last part and station of the hat as this is where it is packed to be delivered to customers who ordered online.
