Are you looking for a decadent birthday cake or dessert for a party? My mouth drooled when I saw this video! I quickly came up with a reason to make this! It just oozes deliciousness! I’ve always loved Kit Kats, but putting them in ice cream makes them even more yummy! I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t like! Kids LOVE this! I made one of these for my granddaughter’s birthday and it was a real hit! My motto: When life is uncertain eat dessert first!
If you’re like me, you have lots of birthdays coming up (and don’t forget about 4th of July!), so make one of these and you’ll be their favorite person for bringing it. After everybody tries this, be prepared to get some requests after you take one of these to share and remember, you can always send them this video!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Springform cake pan
Ice Cream (3 of your favorites)
4 Packages of 4 Kit Kat Bars (cheaper to buy them this way)
She started by placing the Kit Kat bars around the springform pan and since they wouldn’t all fit uniformly, she broke the Kit Kat bar in half. Next she cut up 4 Kit Kat bars (diagonally), and put whole cut up candy bar in 4 bowls. Then she smoothed a layer of softened chocolate ice cream the first layer. Next she sprinkled 1 bowl of the cut up candy bar on top of the layer of ice cream. Then she kept adding layers (doing the same thing) with a different flavor of ice cream until she was done and sprinkled Kit Kat bars over the top.
