I had struggled with my weight most of my life and have finally gotten to a point where I feel good in my own skin, but if there’s something I can be doing that’s easy like these three suggestions, I’m definitely gonna try them. After all, what do I have to lose, except, maybe a little bit of weight!
I actually started lifted 8 lb weights every other night because I was so self conscious about how my arms looked in sleeveless shirts and by doing this, not only did my arms start looking better and toned up, but I toned up in other areas. I’d always heard that lifting weights burned fat, but it never occurred to me that lifting weights for my arms would tone my body all over! I’ll take it!
