Place the ice pack on the problem area for 30 minutes to 1 hr. You may want to start out by doing 15-30 minutes and working up to 1 hr. You can put a thin cloth in between the ice pack and your skin if the ice pack irritates your skin. Some women have actually sat in ice water to remove fat from their bottoms, if you can stand it, do it! By doing this for 12 days straight, you should see definite results in 8 wks, so be patient!
