I wear a lot of silver bangle bracelets and wore them every day until I made these, so after I made these great colorful bracelets, I wear them more than half the time that I do my silver bangles.  These go so well with a lot of my outfits.

All you need to make these are zip ties, thin jewelry wire, 1/2″ wide strips of fabric, wire cutters and pliers, scissors, transparent tape and beads. Start by cutting a zip tie to the size that fits and add 1″, overlap and tape together, cut 1/2″ wide strips and wrap a strip tightly around the bangle, knot or hot glue the end, then cut the fabric. Cut 14″ of wire and secure on the bangle, add a bead and keep wrapping, add another bead and keep wrapping, repeating until meeting up with where you started. It’s good to use a larger bead as a focal point. If you run out of wire, just cut some more wire and keep adding beads until you meet the end and secure the wire. And that’s all you do to have these great looking bracelets! Sound easy? They are!
